Questions parents ask
Who creates the account? A parent or guardian (18+) creates the family account and adds child logins. Children do not need an email address.
Do my children share what I buy? Yes. Courses, bundles and Family Pro you purchase are available to every child on your family account.
Do we need to install software? No. Lessons link to free online tools such as the Scratch editor, online Python editors and CodePen. Some of those tools offer optional accounts; please review their terms with your child.
What happens if I cancel Family Pro? Access continues until the end of your billing period. Courses and bundles you bought individually stay yours.
